MiNTLib linked g++ 2.3.3pl1 uploaded

I just uploaded an archive containing a (I hope) working
version of gcc-cc1plus.ttp to a.a. This one's compiled
with gcc-2.3.3 without -mbaserel. MiNTLib pl26.

Please, try it and comment on it ('cause i did no tests...).
