Yeah - I can't get a decent .zoo file either. The message I get after
uudecoding it is:

phlem:sjg> zoo l pl1.zoo 

Archive pl1.zoo:
Zoo:  FATAL:  Archive pl1.zoo:  Directory entry in archive is invalid.
Zoo:  No files matched.
(The archive is empty.)
