1.09

Thanks for the diffs, Eric.

However :-) -- call_dosound is somewhat missing. I've replaced the code
with the code from 1.08, compiled with gcc and -- mint.prg was crashing
right after the start. Then I compiled with PureC and all worked fine.

I'll try it again this evening (if I have time).
