tcsh 6.04 for MiNT

Hi!

I've ported tcsh 6.04 to MiNT.  Before I release the port to the general
public, I'd like to make it available to you for testing.  I'm interested
in receiving _any_ comments you have on the port.

You can download the archive from ftp.inf.tu-dresden.de (141.76.1.11)
/pub/atari/.Dev/tcsh6041.zoo, or I'll be happy to email it to you. 
(Please don't spread this port yet;  I'd like to have any problems you
might find sorted out before release.)
