I think it would be very nice if we could set up communications for
data and resource forks in some way, and add a new mode to one of the
inquiry functions (like Dpathconf) which returns whether the file system
can handle resource forks or not.  This would fit perfectly in the way
file systems are treated by MiNT in general  (i.e.,  one always needs
to check the properties of the file system before any action is taken).

This would give MiNT an advantage over UNIX.  (Correct me if I'm wrong,
but so far we're only trying to get as close to UNIX functionality as
we can get).
