Net 0.21 and Term 1.08 announce

I have just uploaded Net 0.21 and a port of Term 1.08
to atari.archive.

To run Term, you will need Net 0.21 and modm0dev.

Would someone be so kind and put them into Mint/Networking/
(entropy! Read Readme_for_archive_maintainers)
