filesystem information

Working on my `df.ttp', I came across the problem of finding out, which
file systems are there and which type they have. Right now, I'm just
looking at all folders in u:\, but this isn't enough when mounting
is used, and I don't get the FS type.

I'd propose to define a standard Dcntl which allows to inquire all these
informations. What do you think? I'll make a proposal in the next few days,
please send suggestions.
