MintNet 0.40 available

There is a new version of MintNet available from today on.
The file is called net-040.tgz and is in atari.archive's
and ftp.uni-muenster's incoming directories.

To the local ftp admins (Jeff and Bjarne): Please put the
file into the right place so peolpe can download it!

New in this version is the TCP code, IP fragmentation
and lots of bug fixes, of course.

I have already ports of ftp, ftpd and rlogin. They seem
to work ok, but need perhaps more testing (any takers?).
The ftp server is a *bit* unsecure due to lacking chroot
and seteuid.

If you want to try them out, just drop me a line.

Now go ahead and test the thing (and port some nice networking
proggies..). Any comments / bug reports / suggestions are
appriciated.
