Since the protected domain executables are going to in a different format,
there is absolutely no reason to check if MiNT is active, if it were not
the program wouldn't have run in the first place.

If a program intended for the TOS or MiNT domain tries one of the ugly
things, which are not allowed in the protected domain, it is simply
aborted by MiNT (all's well that ends well :-) ).
