This announces the availability of MintNet 0.51. If have uploaded it
to atari.archive and uni-paderborn.

To the archive maintainers: Please put them into the right place so
people can download it.

News since 0.42:

- Loadable Network Interfaces
- New, hardware independent SLIP driver (uses Mint devices now)
- very experimental PPP driver (also hardware indep.)
- slattach and iflink utilities
- TCP select() for exceptional conditions with TeSches Patch.
- Lots of bug fixes
