Plain text -> nroff -man

Something useful for writing man pages is RosettaMan, available from
ftp.cs.berkeley.edu:/ucb/people/phelps/tcl/rman.tar.Z, it can
reconstruct nroff source from formatted manpages.

About man pagers: I use groff and less. I used to use Hildo's mintman4
but I'm now trying out the Linux man programs (lots of slightly
different versions).
