PAK3 under MiNT/Outside (again)

Thanks everybody for the feedback.

The concensus seems to be:

MiNT works under Outside, however GCC only works under that combination
if the machine has more than 4Mb.

Anybody else like to offer any more supporting/conficting evidence?
