Thanks for pointing out the problems. I suspect that there are other
problems lurking there as well. In fact, I strongly believe that
caching of cookies is something that should be done by individual
file systems, *not* by the kernel, since only file systems can know
for sure when two cookies may refer to the same file. So I do not
plan to implement FCOOKIE_CACHE in MiNT 1.11.
