Splitting mintsourcen

Hi,
same days ago I searched something in the source of mint, but where
is the right place to find it? So I've decided for splitting the source
into some subdirections. Maybe you like ist too and we can include it
in the next version (I think for 1.11 it's to late).
Here is my example - maybe some file are at the wronge place...
