MintNet 0.55

I've uploaded MintNet 0.55 and some tools to atari.archive. The files
are called:

net-055.tgz:
	MintNet 0.55, most important changes since 0.53:
	- added slip header compression ("cslip")
	- implemented congestion control
	- implemented Nagle algorithm ("try to send full sized packets")
	- improved/fixed slattach
	- adaptive TCP Maximum segment size selection on local networks
	- TCP speedups
	- implemented TCP fast retransmits
	- rewrote TCP urgent handling
	- many other TCP fixes
	- priority queuing of IP packets basend on IP Type Of Service
	- icmp changes

rlogin-03.tgz:
	Rlogin that works with 0.55

nslookup-00.tgz:
	Namserver lookup tool.

dip-337uri-00.tgz:
	Dialup Internet Protocol (DIP) portet to MintNet. Allows
	automated establishment of slip (ppp) connections using
	simple script files. (dialin and dialout).

Could someone of the archive maintainers please move the files to
Mint/Network?
