finger is available on atari.archive and ftp.uni-muenster.de in
.../atari/Mint/Network.

Hmm, this is a known bug and I *think* it is fixed in 1.4.1.

I've put it on a.a:/atari/New/rdate-00.tgz right now. Please tell me
if it works for you.
