I have uploaded a port of 4.4 BSD's inetd which is able to start
RPC services on demand and understands the RFC 1078 tcpmux protcol.

Along with it there is a new version of my Sun RPC port. I have
reanebled tcp and added code to the RPC compiler rpcgen to automagically
create rpc servers that can be started by inetd. Included is an rpc.rstatd
that is suitable for use with inetd and now prints some more useful
statistics using Suptime() ans some net ioctl's.

The files are called inetd-02.tgz and rpc-02.tgz. They are on atari.archive
and ftp.uni-stuttgart.de. Please someone move them out of the incoming dirs.
