patch 2.1 port to MiNT

I've just re-built Larry Wall's patch 2.1 with the current MiNT library
(pl 46) and gcc 2.6.1... is anyone else interested in this?  I did it
because I couldn't seem to find a MiNT patch that knew about long
filenames anywhere.
