This message anounces the availability of MintNet 0.72. Currently only from
my WWW home page, but I will upload it to ftp.uni-muenster and a.a today.

0.72 is mainly a bug fix release but contains a 'to be finished' lance
driver....

There is also a new portlib (PL 12). Changes have been made to use it together
with PL 46 of the MintLib.
