LAN port on TT030

I don't know if the question is of any interest for the MINT folks:

I would like to make programs that could access the LAN port on my TT030
computer, useful for example to implement network protocols on the ATARI
(Apple LocalTalk to name just one).

Does any of you know how to access that port with the C language?

Please don't blame me in case the question is out of matter for you.
