Mag!X is a complete TOS replacement package, i.e. it replaces BIOS,
GEMDOS, VDI and AES. It also offers preemptive multitasking, but
lacks some of the Unixish features in MiNT and MultiTOS. On the
positive side, it is incredibly fast since it has been optimized
carefully and skilfully.
Mag!X is a third-party product, so there is no direct connection
between MultiTOS/MiNT and Mag!X. Some of MiNT features are being
implemented in Mag!X now, such as loadable filesystems and pipes.
