The KGMD comes with a full set of elm binaries, including filter. But
if you want to filter all your incoming mails, you should have a look
at procmail, which is also part of the KGMD.

If you want to recompile elm, just get the original sources and apply
the diffs in /usr/src/elm in the KGMD. Perhaps the me-patches will work
on top of these patches.
