Ncurses port

Hmmm..Well, I have an alpha-test library compiled, of Ncurses 1.9.6. I
also have Ncftp 2.2.1 compiled with it. It's looking a little twitchy
when the main window has to scroll. I'm not sure if this is Ncurses,
Ncftp, or my own setup.

Therefore, I'm putting ncurses.olb, it's include files, and the ncftp
executable into ftp://ftp.brisnet.org.au/atari/ so that you guys can grab
it, and check it out. Link the library with stuff. Find out what it does
right and wrong, and then tell me, and I'll try to figure out how to fix
it.
