Well, I picked up the terminfo tools with lynx from a.a.u.e (it was a part
of the lynx archive), so I never gave that much thought.

If I configured it and compiled it correctly though, then it looks for
terminfos first, and if it doesn't find the appropriate terminfo, then it
runs off and reads termcap.
