I'm talking about a GEM emulator - not an Atari Emulator.  What I'm talking
about is a GUI that runs on Atari hardware and is capable of running GEM
software.  Such as a GEM emulator that translates GEM calls to X calls for
Atari Linux.  I don't know if such a thing was ever developed, but I've
heard rumors of people working on such.
