GEM I suppose. It wasn't MiNT specific.

Only ST midi file player source I have found was something done
in (uncommented if I remember right) assembler. A good midi
ftp-site is ruu.nl. Nowadays it's not an ST site, but should
still contain some ST midi stuff....
