Creating an HFS driver for MiNT now that we have "W", XaAES, Oaesis, "X", and etc....

Here some help towards adding Mac HFS support to MiNT.  With the capabilities of the Falcon,
who knows, perhaps some of our Mac colleagues out there may need some help with their graphic, midi or
audio projects, and you are going to want to move that file over to your MINIX partition from 
their Mac retaining the long filenames and all.
