Apache and Make

The bug with Apache and query requests seems to be fix. At least on my
Falcon :o) I also applied my diffs to Apache 1.2.5 and made all the tests
which puzzled my previous port. I also test it as inetd daemon with
success. You can find the new port at

Now also on this page is my version of Make 3.76.1, which did compile
quite some GNU packages in the last months without complaining. It is
compiled with mbaserel and sure is useful with nested makes on smaller
machines.
