As far as I remember the code reallocating Cookie Jar, its not a bug that
RSVF Cookie doesn't survive in the system after MiNT is loaded. The kernel
just copies the Cookie Jar to a new location moving all entries, and while
doing that it is searching for RSVF in order to skip it.
