speedup compilation

I have installed a ramdisk (ram.xfs -> /ram) and copy at boot time the
include-dir (/usr/include) and the gcc binaries (gcc, cpp, cc1) and
other nice tools and the libraries (libc.a, ..) into the ram.

That's speedup the compilation.
