tin 1.4 beta

Hi!

I've compiled tin 1.4 (unofficial beta), I'm not sure if it's the very
latest version but I downloaded it only four days ago so it's pretty
recent. It's a brilliant piece of software, and although it's still a
bit slow indexing newsgroups, it's a *lot* faster and nicer than 1.2. 

I'm going to upload the binary (020 or better) and man-file to
ftp.funet.fi tonight, it was a straight compile so no diffs or sources
will be uploaded.
