GEM++ 2nd

Hi,

I have already fixed that "bug" causing strange problems of programs
linked with GEM++ running under N.AES. So now I would just need to know
if there is a newer version than 2.00. If not, I'll start improving this
version... However if there is a newer version, please let me know to
save me a lot of time.
