The laws are probably different in Norway and Germany, but here's an
example from Norway:
If you sell cars, you can't sell car-radios for half price to those that
also buys a car, and full price to other people. If a car shop has a sign
that says "Pioneer Super-Xtra 2000, NOK1000 if you buy a car, NOK2000 if
not" you can go in the shop and demand the radio for NOK1000 even if you
don't buy a car. There's pretty strict (and complex) rules for bundling
here in Norway.

If it really needs MagiC and that's why it's cheaper for MagiC-users, that
makes this "power-user" stuff even more idiotic, as it means that they
charge customers double price for stuff they can't use! If there are
features in CAB that only works with MagiC, then CAB should be *cheaper*
for non-MagiC users...
Btw. what is it in CAB that needs MagiC? I'm using CAB 2.6 under
MiNT/N.AES, and so far things seems to work fine.
