correct. Konrad had chosen a scheme but I've followed the semantics
for ``struct tm'' and that was wrong for now.
But if the majority prefers my bogus version we could also leave
things as they are (and consider 1.14.6 the buggy version). I
think (and in this sense I agree to you, Axel) that 1.14.7 is
more error-prone because most C-programmers will step into the
same trap as me and will at first sight expect the struct tm
semantics. Anyway, both schemes bear a certain logic, it's
up to you.
