Well, I use it. Moreover, I love it. The only "bug" I noticed so far is,
that inactive menu entries in the taskbar (like "Documents" when you
haven't access any documents yet) are invisible if you set "disablecolour"
to light grey. I think the taskbar should have an optionally configured
disablecolour, if it is possible at all (I think no...).

A possibility to re-read the taskbar config files (including index.grp),
without a need to reload the whole taskbar, would be also great.

I am writing that, because you explicitly requested a comment, that is. 
Perfect programs usually don't generate my feedback ;) (bad programs don't
as well, but they just r.i.t. (rest in trashcan)).
