The only problem is the original Falcon VDI, as it doesn't work
without the blitter (which all other TOS-versions does) and doesn't
know about alternate RAM. I don't think it's worth patching the Falcon
VDI just for this (can it even be done?), as there are alternative
VDI's available, both commercial (NVDI) and free (fVDI).

All GEM-programs that's loaded into/mallocs from alternate RAM is
affected by this.
