OT: atari.org and who is Torbjörn Ose?

Hi there!

Sorry for being slightly off topic!

I'm looking into registrating a .org domain for general Atari related
usage. However the most natural domain (atari.org) is registrated to Ose
Nett in Norway. The contact person is Torbj÷rn Ose. Do anyone know who
he is and if he perhaps would be willing to sell the domain rights to
someone else?

As far as I can see www.atari.org and ftp.atari.org hasn't been in use
since the domain was registrered.
