synctime and tslice yes, but I don't think so for forcefastload.
Thanks for noticing though.
The fact to be root is ok for those calls I guess, you don't want any
user change those, However it should consider the suid flag for the
program using those calls (mintsetter here for example), and EVEN with
suid, you can't change sync_time.
