[MiNT] The OSIS project

It doesn't have that much to do with MiNT, but a little, sort
of. Well, those of you who are interested, you can read a little more
about the OSIS project on http://www.nocrew.org/osis/. There are also
instructions how to download the latest work from our CVS
server. Currently there's no information about the specific parts of
it, but it will come.

Note that we're constantly updating the sources, and they aren't in
any way meant for a every day usage. But, if you want to look at the
sources, it's there, and it's all GPL. :)
