In order to implement different levels of memory protection, Atari
invented additional program flags (like Fastload, TT-RAM load, TT-RAM
run) that specify what kind of memory access restrictions each app
requires. Those I can remember:
1) private - other processes are not allowed to access this memory page
2) global - any other process can access the memory page
There are a couple of little programs that aloow setting those flags,
but I cannot remember their names.
