[MiNT] MiNTsetter 3.7



Out now. src included.
One small bug fixed (only for people using old kernel with mintsetter 3.6,
the cache control object was covering the "OK" button. Fixed now.

CPU Cache status. Thanks Draco for the C example.
Only reports them now. Might stay like that though as some people
would rather have a dedicated cpx for that.
