We already have one, but it doesn't replace Wdialog's fontselector
and Printer Setup extensions to NVDI.

Examples of software that _needs_ Wdialog:  Papillon 2.53, which 
cannot select fonts on its own, it want Wdialog for that;  CAB
cannot prnt anything that makes sense, until Wdialog's Printer
Setup functionalities are available.
