[MiNT] update on my situation

Hi everyone,

I just purchased a brand-new 4.5 GB hard-drive (IBM UltraStar) to
replace my TT's dying Seagate.

I will install the current 1.16 kernel and Ext2 filesystem on it
tonight, along with basic GNU file/bin/shell utils and MiNTnet.

Secondly, I will install NVDI, NAES and Thing 1.27.

Third, my usual AUTO folder utilities.

Fourth, I will add Xcontrol (freshly unpacked archive from Funet)
and its CPX assortment, plus my usual ACCessories.

I will make notes and see if anything messes up at each stage
and report them to this list.

However, if it turns out that MiNT 1.16 cannot operate correctly
up to phase two, then I _will_ downgrade to MiNT 1.15.

Does this sound reasonable?
