[MiNT] MiNTLib requirements

Hi again,

I forgot to mention: You will need almost 25 megs of free harddisk space
for a full compile and install of the new MiNTLib.  If you want to save
space and time comment out the lines `WITH_PROFILE_LIB' and
`WITH_DEBUG_LIB' in `configvars'; the libraries (and object files) with
debugging info tend to become very big (the debug lib is about five times 
bigger than the ordinary lib, the same applies for the corresponding
object files).

On a slow machine (my TT /is/ slow) you should run make over night.  A
full build may take up to 8 hours.
