This only works if the file is referenced from somewhere as a link.
In this case, they were simply dropped in a directory, on server
which replaces empty directories with an

<<HTTP Error 403

403 Forbidden 

The MailBank Web server cannot access the resource. 

The resource specified cannot be accessed. 

In a directory, this may be due to a missing default page. A default
page should be named either index.html or default.htm. These file names
must be all lowercase for the server to find them. 

For other resources, this could be the result of incorrect file
permissions or other security restrictions. >>

..so, until there is an actual link to the files from somewhere, 
or when Torsten can have the separate .htaccess file enabled, I
cannot download the new MiNT-Net package....
