This has been discussed at least a zillion times before.  Basically,
there have been two problems:

1)  Nobody ever agreed on _one_ satisfactory location, despite many
    propositions from several people.

2)  The Atari.ORG organisers specifically avoid granting sub-domains
    that relate to operating systems (e.g. MiNT, Magic) or hardware
    names (e.g. ST, TT, Falcon, Jaguar).
