[MiNT] TosWinII 2.5

Hello Christian,

I've tried the new and it seems it still inserts an extra LF (or
whatever the Bell is) before every line, when opening a shell in
TW100 mode, just like 2.4 did.

Btw, this problem doesn't occur using version 2.2 of TosWinII.
