[MiNT] 1.15.4b kernel comment.

  Just wanted to say I've been using the new kernel for about 3 days now
  and I've not had one single crash. Performance (windows opening/dirs
  read) seems a bit faster too. The reboot and 1.15.3b init crash problems
  are gone as well...
