[MiNT] serial driver announcement

Hello!

Some minutes ago I released a first version of the new MFP and SCC serial
drivers.

The drivers require a new FreeMiNT version too. I also put a a new 1.15.6
beta version on my page.

The drivers support both HSMODEM devices and terminal devices. I added a
new naming scheme and liked to hear your oppinions about that.

Installation instructions are in the archive. Have fun!

PS: There is also now the rewritten GlueSTiK driver available.
