I do not remember seeing Linux/m68k in this discussion before you
brought it up.  Maybe I'm misguided, but I was talking about things
like device driver support and running 68k TOS/GEM applications in
Linux.

I don't recall doing that.  Quite on the contrary, I've tried to point
out ways for TOS and GEM applications to survive into the future.

I think I mentioned that a largue number of developers are working on
Linux, yes.  Remember that "Linux" is the name of a operating system
kernel.  I.e., I was not referring to applications.

Recently in this thread, people were talking about running MiNT on
other CPU architectures than m68k.  I know I did.

Yes, that's what I'm talking about.  That is already possible to do on
non-m68k architectures.  Today.  Barring any remaining bugs. :)

Now you are not adressing someone specific.  But it wouldn't be true of me.

That's great!  Wouldn't you like to have all that in the future too?  With
all the new fancy devices, faster CPU, etc?
